Healthy tea for a good night's sleep. Have a relaxing night with Good Night Tea of IDO TEA.
The stamina is not the same as before, so I toss and turn a lot these days. Plus, having insomnia,
I couldn't sleep. So I’m drinking fermented healthy tea.
Just like its name, 'Good Night Tea', it is a good tea to drink at night.
Drinking warm tea in the cold winter warms your body, so drinking this made me feel satisfied.
I never heard of IDO TEA before but after reading it, I found it's good to know my body's condition
and choose the tea my body wants.
It seems like there were quite a few types of tea and the packaging is luxurious,
so it would be great for a gift to the elderly or a dinner meeting with a partner's parents.
It is a tea that borrows the power of good fermented bacteria by carefully fermenting Jeju Dwarf Bamboo leaf and Red Polygoni root, and is said to relieve tension in the body and mind.
There are quite a few sleepless nights, but I am fortunate to have such fermented health tea.
There are seven types of tea: Relief Tea, Good Night Tea, Breathing Tea, Light Tea, Purification Tea, Enamor Tea, Willowy Tea.
They sent me 3 samples. Purple is Light Tea and Blue is Willowy Tea which is for someone who feels they have a belly pot or often experience an upset stomach and morning bloating.
It's made with Jeju dwarf bamboo leaf, organic mulberry leaf, organic lotus leaf, organic tangerine peel.
Purification is a yellow one and it's for women over age 50, who have severe menstrual syndrome,
and women who feel that their body or lower belly is cold.
It's made with Kudzu root and Greenbrier root.
It's said that the expert had made this through long-term research and obtained NON-GMO certification, which is a biodegradable filter that doesn’t have to worry about microplastics.
I’m concerned about endocrine disruptors everytime I drink tea but now, I can drink tea from the morning to evening without worrying about it. It can brew up to 1L with one tea bag.
