HEALTHY TEA _ IDO FERMENTED HERBAL TEA, RELIEF TEA
It's a tea made to cheer you up for a day that starts with relief :)
Just reading this description cheers me up.
Among Relief tea intake recommendations from IDO TEA,
I am one of the 'timid and anxious people'. lol
It is also recommended for those who are under a lot of stress in daily life and work.
The SAT is just around the corner, so recommend it to students who are studying!
containing 10 tea bags.
Excessive packaging has been reduced and it is reasonable to block air with a zipper.
It is recommended to brew with hot water at a temperature of 80 to 90 degrees,
so I cooled the boiling water slightly and poured it.
Please note that coffee and tea are better at 80 degrees than hot water over 100 degrees. I've read somewhere that we can burn coffee or tea if it's too hot.
Well brewed Relief tea by IDO TEA.
As the days get colder, I enjoy hot tea every day. It is a tea that brews up to 1 liter per tea bag,
so put 1 tea bag in a 500ml water bottle or 2 tea bags in a 2L water bottle and drink it frequently.
It helps you drink a lot of water.
If you brew it too much, it can be bitter so remove the tea bag after 1~2 minutes.
You can feel a more clean taste.
This is not a sugar-fermented drink, but it’s a tea that you can enjoy healthy medicinal herbs
in a tastier, safer, and longer manner by combining the technology of solid fermentation
with herbal medicines and traditional fermented bacteria
which is used to ferment traditional Korean paste.
(Oh, that's why this is sugar-free...!)
Relief Tea that was easy to drink and clean as water.
Drinking it in the evening makes you sleep better and feels comfortable, and drinking
it in the morning makes it feel light and easy, so I'll try drinking it every day regularly.
