Tips for Good Night Tea by IDO TEA!

1. Keep drinking it from morning to night.

( I sweat a lot in summer, so I need to replenish liquids.)

2. Take 1 to 2 tea bags and up to 3 tea bags a day. (I drank one tea bag in 1 liter.)

3. It's okay to brew the tea lightly. (One tea bag in a liter is perfect for me.)

4. Both warm and cold are fine because it's tea with fermented Korean ingredients.

(I suggest drinking it warm in the evening and cold in the day.)

5. Drink the tea steadily. (I've been drinking this for seven days, and I already feel relaxed..)
