Hello, it's chilly outside. It feels like winter is just around the corner. Everyone take care of your health!
I've been feeling a bit stressed lately, so I drank a lot of coffee and my stomach started hurting again...
Usually, I only allow one or two cups a day, but there were a lot of things to drink :(
Anyway
I thought I should do something, so I found #RELIEF TEA by IDO TEA as an alternative.
I was a little unfamiliar with it too, but I found out that it is a cost-effective brand because it is good for the environment and tastes good.
It's written Natural & Organic -> Natural Fermentation.
It's not a sugar-fermented drink, but it’s a product that you can enjoy the healthy medicinal herbs in a tastier, safer, and longer manner by combining the technology of solid fermentation of herbal medicines and traditional fermented bacteria which is used to ferment traditional Korean paste.
Add to that, it's caffeine-free, preservatives-free, additives-free,
allowing everyone of all ages can enjoy the tea.
Each pouch has 10 tea bags in it.
It's good to drink at home and at the office like water lightly or before going to bed.
Each tea bag can brew up to 1 liter of water, so if you drink 1 tea bag a day,
you can drink it for 10 days :)
I didn't like hot water, but these days, I think of hot tea in the morning and evening. (Getting old..;)
It's brewed deeply like this while I was moving to the library to work on something.
So these days, as I prepare to go to work, I put a teabag in and take it with me! It is good to drink instead of water as it is well brewed in cold water.
Sometimes I drink it warmly before going to bed
and then it has a rich aroma and a different feeling.
I think it's a good tea to drink regardless of the water temperature :)
How about a warm healthy tea on a chilly day like these days?
